the if's and or why's of real magick cont..6a

by Luxas for everyone

witch, druid, wizarding, occult mage, and shamanist, vodoun, sage,
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First witchcraft has no general nature as in a tradition, this was more to make it a formalized design called "wicca" and with this it falls into the ceremonial adept design then the reality of witchcraft, however here i am to reveal "Witchcraft" as it was and is known in the world of magic(k).....
The Circle, is composed of 3 forms, beginning, middle, and final
the begining : this is the starter to reform the energy of the land with the harmony of the witch, nothing more.......
the middle : protection, and design of symbols as in summoning the key to the inner witches abulity to attract the powers, as in energy and gifts...
the final : this is when the witch has advanced to the greater design of making, learning from those thing about her, but more it is when the magic(k) world gives way to her and becomes apart of her(the witches design)

the tools ; many a book is set on the witches tools, well lets clear this up, the witch only uses 4 general tools, and these are chosen as the witch gains her energy and design, as in "labeling" full, high priestess, priestess, dark, arch, or other....

then the grimore(BOS) : for many of witch kind it is a gift given at the completion of the 3rd circle because then the observation of outer power as in the writing, sygils and keys of others magic(k) as well as the idea of record keeping, however this simple book of magic(k) idea was not witch design, but sage and mage had.......
the rest is just more about the ways it is tunable as in design.......
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Druid : not witch in any scope of the word or of a pagan nature, heck even the destiny of druid is more monkish, however its past is quite womanly as well, their nature is to tap into the design of time and life as in the layland energy, to tell you more is quite a grand secret because even the oldest of druid kind, like to keep it a mystery.....
(druism, the new) only does what wicca has done try to reform its nature as in the idea of an ecletic designs)
Ritual designed to foster nature and connect with the ancient forces of design, primarly the dragon, however many of the past rituals was devoted to the design of the living tree and nature of warrior self as in honorable of the passages of blood and wine, then reversed by the churches to follow a more christian self design, but that was the past for any who ventured to know creationism of the time....

they had 5 basic rituals and only one daily
it was about self design as most ceremonial magic(k)'s was design in the beginning, then evolved by the use of modern occult design.....
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wizarding, Sorry wizard's of old wasn't taught by an academy, you getting us confused with mages and adepts of 14th century occult, our design comes from the placement of magic(k) and this is often a one on one path, teacher to student or wizard to apprentice, and that is how it has always been and will continue to be, up to the year 4000 then it might change, (Wizards path, is quite a difficult one, because your lead to where you need and then you do what is asked....the rest you will just have to see for yourself......) Academy learning is an Mage or monkish design, not wizarding.......but it is growing a following to become that by the teachers of the un-known, but most are just philosophies and dynamics of shaman nature and that is its full skill.......but who knows...
wizards use staffs, never wand, wands are for the adept and mage and the design of the illusionism magican, and we know where that stands, wands are for more beginning adepts because they need the way of charge, wizards don't, being a wizard your staff acts as a magnetic rod that connects you to the geo-kenetic energy, its more then this but well you will see as your invited in...(oh, and on a side note, the energy of a type of wood, lol wizards don't have ranking wood staffs, that more of fashion, and not magic(k)
what works, and is summoned is the wizards nature....nothing more........ever....
cup: the crystal/wood/stone/lead/or other design is like the wood only image, not a differnting of magic(k) as in Wizarding magic(k), the cup is our circle, bond and way of connecting to the un-seen universe it is both a mirror as well as a doorway, sorry but my oath keeps me from saying more, but i can say 'the dragon will rest on your heart and lips.......

the tools: sorry, no copycats allowed, private knowing, only being a wizard or taught by one will you see these secrets, why/ well they are cheap toys in the wizard's book and pocket, that gives what you give, and well......the true test of wisdom is to know only a little but see it all, or lots......lol
-------------------------------------------

Occult mage/Shamanism, two sides of the same coin,
they share the same tools and information, just diffrent channels to gain their gifts/curses or powers......
tools: they use the basic tools of tarot, water, rune, blood, paper, and glass bottles, the images of these toys can give one great power as in great danger, and those that practice they will find others kinda like others know you as they know themselves, and sense 400 years of info is out there it is well just a drop in the bucket to see a bit of wisdom here....
--------------------------------

Voudon and sage : The Way of the Saints or demons, lol
it is more that the secrets and skins of the earth and heaven give way to your design and desires if you have an advocate, however in the way of sage it is in the later of its study as you record more info then you use,
or perhaps will ever know, but like mage, magi and adept are merely bridges to the way in......
Voudon : Voodoo as in art, is the way to the 9 powers and is more into the design of the worlds that interfere with the world seen, and the user of its design, too long to mention here, but is divided between the design of lifes energy and deaths truths..........
Pentacle : is the basic form of self and has only two energies it controls
red: emotional and connective and blue: kenetic and spiritual
white is its basic frame : meaning it is the self of (i know this, i am this that is the focusing power) accepting of the self's physical energy
Reversed Triangle: is the design of inner nature and is colored green cause it is the force that one connects to the material desires of the self,
(regret, fears, doubts, memories, dreams(fantasies) and has read at its source because it draws from that band of energy to maintain its connection with earth(green) its design is in white do to awareness...
Triangle: is the design of the self as in growth and connection to the psychic will its center is blue: spiritual, inspirational, psychic, however its borders are yellow: self ,ego, and need and grey: change, acceptance, or conformity this is the way this energy is directed, this icon is used in the growth of magic as a teaching tool....
6 pointed star: (star of david): remarked as the hebrew cross it is more of a difinitive puzzle in the balancing of the two triangles, reversed and not... color green: material, knowledge, understand, trial it is the heart of this design with two borders (yellow and red) yellow: self, ego, need
and red: emotion, energy it should be viewed as a mirror of ones desires and memories the way into an enlightened state....
Reverse Pentacle: The energy of this is clearly of the self, yellow
is the heart and blue its border, the blue is more of the spiritual ventuing one tries to encounter when one goes on self discovery with no limits
this is the shelling energy of the revered design, and grey is its undertone, to show change does happen.....
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As one links on one frame of the heart of (auric) color
they can touch on any who have the same frame of (auric shell or source) this is what is meant by the chain........
The Universe has a diffrent chain when it comes to the nature of circle energy, that is more advanced and deals in the fields of what is summoned and why.....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As
set before you enter dreams weave your mind
you gather in the invisible circle held by the one who called you share now the rest well deserved because you are going to return backwards the clock of time to the first dream of which you remembered be honored for they call to very few your now enchanted with their truth and touch and now must prove your what was called and share within your soul by promise binding and timing has no place in your now 3 fired beginning share now these words "I enter onto you and give of my truth freely so i may venture to your side to know my heart and others and see the ever worldly changings stop at my touch or begin with my desire, my eyes focused learning the destiny of those that call to me, my fire is ready to burn....accept me"
______________________________________________
The Inner mysteries

As a bird born to fly, you shall see
the makings of your past and present come to pass
this is the first circle you will enter and be remembered for
as you venture farther in you are now to do as bid you when you was awaiting entrance and help with hand any who come and call in the same message you took as truth,
sharing your answers gained you more and sheding not the secrets of your or theirs soul brings you the nature to be of,
fly now and know any who walk in your spacing they know your understanding and soul because you are now apart of the chain of making a key tool in the discovery of yesterdays today and todays dreams of tomorrow nature and the circle abide by your strength, and no card can measure your loyalty
because you walk in the 4 that was 3 that equal 2 plus the 1
witch fire...

The Outer
*Now you call all things together and shed not one tear for the dreamer, for all is your actions and your voice with many names will the circle shed and share but you have drifted and returned and drifted and returned and drifted and returned now venture out into the blue where this dream is but a dream of a dream of a dream of a dream of a dream, shed not your veil because ye face shall be hid to thee, the answers are so quick to your mind, shed not the comfort of your soul cause you make the tomorrow witching wonders, you are as you came as you return as you shall be as you see and in company you must take a prize....

Druid-Adept-Magi-Mage
Stone memories wasted by the worldy need,
secrets as easy as your heart known, your light and pride,
forgotten doors remembered as if like school was eternal and memories of life and death was just like a priestly power shown to those whos clothing invisible world that shares their desire and power to recieve
your nature bends to cover and knows in ways even godlyness is answered and offered
is set in stone, wood or river, all the measurement of the finite questions that gather dust on the wise persons shelf to raise the dead or share a tea with a dream or ghostly memories of hidden darkness,
your guardian awakens your education and is patient not to join any who doubt the design but remember the pages are one volume alone, to the experts eye....,
if you reflect the past you reflect today in others eyes
is remembered by your fellows pressed to this there can be no debate for all that share in a dream become the pieces of its reality when awakened, be awakened by the truth of the thought not the question but the answer to how and why?

Paganism is just a title for what others of the time called primal, or diffrent.... and now is a gateway title to the way one claims magic(k) in a way of naturalism, green man, lol

After viewing what you want (to know more of or advance to, it is time to confront the third, and most difficult question of magic. The third question of magic is the most difficult because of all the options it presents: What do you want? "Well if you read earlier you only can invite yourself in, it the power/energy or being aids you the rest....people saying "Power". Power comes when one has been refined. To become perfectly precise desire is one of the trapings, about what you really want is essential. When you figure out what you truely desire it starts the pattern to find you, you need only know where to be....

Revived from a Hermetic/Arcane schooling this form of theology is practicing the working principles of Self,Spirit,Magic(k) and the hidden principles of the way patterning shows up in forms of ideologies and wisdom as a whole, it is this practice that begins to form the foundation of the wise as in way of the wizard, truthfully a "wizard" is the title of one who through the basic or advanced forms of both theology and practice has developed a self mastery of principles (patterns) that are devoted to greater wisdom's understandings and methods, this is the center of the 'wizards" makeup as one....if this seems dificult it is due to the way one accepts it in the Self, here one learns the basics of the direction that this patterning form develops, and from this gains both the magic(k)al nature as well as the nature of spirit as a wizard, truthfully the patterning methods of Wizarding background is much more then an ideology or practice but a form of (Dryl), the nature of the "Dryl" is a book of learning, a set tome if you will and passed orally like most foketales, however unlike most tales it was kept to only those that was accepted to its learning, meaning chosen, usually by accident...
Wizardryl is the 18 tenets and basic practice of the secrets of wizard nature, not folk magic(k) of which this learning can go from the basics of atomic structure to the energies of compression of universal sound, physics and science would be nothing without the spark wisdom of wizarding self serves.... Why....

my  teaching : wizard (to deveolp from the patterns of design the foundational principles of, the mythos as set by the pattern, and the way one can channel (being that the door to the skill is always open) once it has been made aware of...

my zest for nature and life....lust and love (as with all things the greater the gift the harder it is find it, and even more difficult to share) however the freedom to exchange and share is quite available to one who "lives life" not so stuffy and confined (as a wizard can be...out gift..lol) but everything in moderation....(save me some icecream.. :))

my devotion to whom any i work with.....lol (As a wise idiot once said, you can lead a horse to water....well water is where we magic(k) users start and it is where we end...( to know that you must mind your studies)
but devotion, is a promise to teach and change as one grows, for a witch this is without exception, meaning easy come and easy go,
If you seek to know, it hunts you down until you do, but if you feel you need to find your own it leaves you alone, even if you need the help, until you call opon it again, then just like the moon, your reflected in it...

(the rest is just to be...)

What is a witch?
A witch is a woman given the power of awaeness to bind or bond with the natures at large....that simple

What is witchcraft?
witchcraft is using the tools as discovered by basic and ceremonial magic(k) to help to develop the powers and spirit of a witch...

Real witches don't exist?
(If that was true, then why the interst and secrets one trys to discover as one...( and in my 30- years i have personally met, and worked with others worthy of that naming..)

Wicca is good witches are evil?
Like most dual systems of beginning each tend to define there place in the world, but wicca is a mock, and madeup naming to re-sell the idea of witch as a religion....

Witches are still evil though?
All things have the resoniblitiy of its sides as in why and what they use magic(k) for, the nature of the mis-use for ones own, leads other to think magic(k) outside of religion is bad...or wrong...

Your going against "god" your going to hell?
The witches have known of the secrets held by this being and when i mean this being he is known quite well, now as for going against, remember your bible, because your the one who is going against, by selecting to being a personal savior, you are in reality in more need then We....who are of witchcraft... (besides hell isn't what you know anyway)

Spellcasting, tarot card, divination is the extent of your gifts your just a newagey psychic..lol?
( once again you bought the books other who want to you follow, die by) A witch as in witchcraft uses more then that, and even herbalism is a minor skill not a major...

Potions, dark clothing, and blood?  you people are cool
(lol more movie junk)  potions we do make but only for certain, and it is more to fix then to break, and as for dark clothing, thats an arty thing offered by those same movie people.....(witches are actually colorful, and so is their language...lol) blood ( well i confess, we do you it, but only in the binding and Oath of a expert witch, and not too much of it...
(gothic isn't the aim of witches, only the tools)

Wicca is a Religion but witch isn't  Why?
wicca is a new pagan concept that was designed, not naturally known,
and wants the idea of the faiery pictures you see in galleries with the noble wicca/n and her mate with a sun or moon on their person...lol
(the age of aquarius song going or druming chantings and a bell)
has Mah harishi gandi come back..lol only adding a witchy imagery
and christian made rites of blessing, (beautful, but ever so empty of witchcraft) and others continue to re-design it, adding ceremonial arts and the deitism as a way to claim witchcraft...

What can a real witch do?, and why should i listen to anyone, why not make my own?
(Depends on the witch, length of your physical energies, and others you might encounter) and Why?
(Well if experience has taught me one thing..)
saying is just talk, doing it is proof....  (had any proof lately???)

Aren't you fearful of being burned or stoned?
(being burned or stoned is a bad thing, but proves that you do and say what you are, and that is the hard truth few can ever deny...)

You worship the Devil or demons?
(no, Witches serve their own, live to gain energy, life and truth through memories, overcome those that do harm to them or others they choesn to protect, and do summon what they will....)

(Satan is in you your all satanic? (lol)
Actually a witch is guilty of one thing, and that thing is serving using, and being magic(k)al, and sometimes they can be drawn or draw other enities and energies yes even him, but like " job" in your bible, they have the choice to resist or give in...( but the concept of satanic is more for ones own, and they only serve that, not worship at it...)

When was the first witches,if your so smart?
( that would be france about the early 10th century, mostly women who wouldn't know the term witch, but would definately know (magic(k)
"they would say it is the skin of the world" and the salt of the ground, the wind on the river and the noices in the tree, color of the sky and thoughts in your and my head...."

Witchcraft existed as a goddess based form and is much older then that?
(no) that would only be a dianic womanly belief,
Witchcraft came from 3 places the most known is england and france...
(to know the rest you need to do some homework....)

But you do worship a goddess though?
(no, honor accept as a silent teacher, and even a confident friend, but not in celebrate or worship.....thats pagan and wiccan imagery again...
(the idea of re-birth into a group, and growing into a vessel so as the gods or goddess(es) can talk through you (in a circle)
(watch mist of avalon, lately...lol) would be nice thought....but not so...

Ok, now how can i become a witch?
(seek out a witch teacher, books will not help only shows you ideas,
A witch teacher will be one who is not so open with their wisdom or truth, they will only say so much, because they will study you, its how they see your longivity as one..)

It's difficult for me to decide, witch, pagan, wiccan, druid?
(then don't decide, see what you do as you study, are or fall into...
when finding something, it is usually when you stop looking clues show up) "care to read the writing on the wall"  what wall....lol

I'm a guy and a witch, how can i join you?
(you can but not as a witch, you can study witchcraft until your blue in the face, cast every spell you ever learned, get iniatiate by the goddess herself and your still only a guy?  Why?
(witches energy is diffrent from males, it is due to polarity, and the way it is stored, (males are in the normal occult frame titled (consort or mage)
You can call yourself a male witch, be my guest....
(just won't be true in natures eyes...and any who do real magic(k)

I'm a transgendered person? can i be a witch i have or had both...u know...
(saddly your born with only one side, no matter how you change it your pro-male or pro-female) and your energy knows which....

I joined these covens/ and groups and they had sex with me in a circle, and chanted and i might be a powerful witch right?
(yes you might be a powerful with, but no the sex didn't make you one, only created either more or less power in your physical energy by those unions depending on the person....lol

I'm powerful, grown from birth and i don't care what you say i'm a witch... (no, saddly, you just proved that by coming here) to anounce that...

Why can't i be a wiccan and still be a witch....???
(truthfully you could any religion can be witch joined, but that religion would not be as spiritual as you have set it up to be, in your mind..
because by serving as a witch, you learn what, how, who, and why without asking, otherwise why be one....(and sense you chosen to add your religion as a title, shows you truly don't follow it directly...)
(but as my teacher said "to each their own")

class dismissed

welcome to the root of witchcraft   (reason)

How does one start to be a wizard?
"well, you start as a student of Magic(k)"

How does one do that?
"by learning about the basics of magical principles"

By learning this stuff, i can then be a magic(k) user or wizard huh?
"no, only know the stuff, you still need an experienced teacher to draw your skills out, many feel that they read a book or study script or do a ritual and thats that...it isn't, that only makes you open to the ways of gaining it, not owning it....(this requires more)

Magic(k) doesn't exist so i can call or make myself into whatever i want
and nothing can stop me.....??
(naming yourself gives you only that name, and if you didn't want more then why seek magic(k) to prove yourself true or wrong, I think not...and history has shown what respect and disrespect has earned those that dabbled(lol)

Spell casting and movies can teach me what i truly wish to know, i need only look the part...???
(Happy Halloween) cause thats all it will ever be....

I really want to learn, but no one can teach me, where can i look??
(truthfully the only step any can take is ask, question and learn)
beyond that watch your back, cause a mage, witch, or wizard might be standing right near you...I'm not kidding

What makes you a Wizard Teacher???
(My Wizard Teacher......) A wizard teaches another, and so on, it's always been that way, even in the ranks of other magic(k)'s

Does A wizard have a School of magic(k) like harry potter?
(saddly no, only mages and adepts in the college of the paranormal, the freemason's created the first ordo's the only occult known was the OTO which was an adept mage academy, and nothing more....saddly)
(perhaps in the future there might be, but their was a college of witchcraft in salem (about in the late 80's) before cabot....

What is the Agw?
(an Ancient school of magic(k) that was linked to wizardry but not exclusive to it...(a part of my past as a student of the Occult and Adept of Hermetic Principles, not like goldendawn or it's branches and themic had not had a design on it back then...) have to ask me personally to know more....

Are the books correct about magic(k) and the image of wizard?
(yes, to a point, but they focus on the learned nature and puzzling workings of this complexing soul, but the wizard has levels to our personality....(you will see how many when you meet us...lol)

Why aren't Mages?, Wizards?
(a mage has to the tools, but not the guidance and the practice, and a mage has to overcome the fun of being one to settle down, Its all about the basic's of being over working.....)

How long can it take to be a Wizard?
(well.........It depends on your learning, shortcuts and time you devote,
as with most things it is effort that makes the coal a diamond, but heat that makes a dimond dust...lol)

Wizard's have female students?
(Rare, but yes they can evolve into Wizardess or Priestess skilled Mages)
Wizard is a basic title to one that has learned the paterns and wisdom's of the ways of the wizard's magic(k) called "Wizardryl"

"Wizardryl" Don't you mean wizarding or wizardry?
No, the wording of wizarding or wizardry was done by outsiders and book writers not (Wizards) WIZARDRYL is a mythos/lore/law/right of passage on the way one can be a wizard...(long story, tell you in class)

Merlin was a druid so wizard's are druid like?
(no, again you touch on books about others trying to gain the wizard's secrets and again they are wrong, Merlyn helped the druids as you will learn why in class but wasn't one of them, and wizard's aren't druids, We use a diffrent magic(k) something that we taught them and abit more...

Wizard's, Warlocks, Male Witches??
(A wizard isn't a witch, warlock (and that was a madeup term, lol) We as wizard's aren't witchy, we don't have the same tools or the same way we use magic(k) only adept mages trying to make a name as a magiester and bad press called them "wizards", so now you know...

When do i get my Wand and spellbook?
(lol, thats witch, and adept mage, not wizard.....)

A staff is like a wand? right?
(no it isn't, only a beginner in magic(k) would even begin to think that, or they was being lied too...)

Do i get to duel with other wizards and scary creatures?
(again saddly no, real wizard's don't duel, what we do you will just have to study and learn otherwise, have fun with your movies...)

Can i be born a wizard or made like a family member?
(no, again, unless they are a wizard beforehand and a wizard's power isn't in their blood or dna, (thats mage or witch)

class dismissed.....

no-offense,

but breathing, focus, baths and visualization,
is newage, shaman, and meditation, not preperation of magic(k)
it can create a form of transendance, but that is in thought, not power, the energy and connection as i have learned and used and teach is to bridge the connection between the field and the tool,
most who call themselves capable of magic(k) witch, wicca or wizard or other, know to have energy or the gift to use it, requires charge and sorry, but charging is more then spacing out, it is about drawing from the energy of connection, "saddly only the most adept in magic can even begin this, and the beginners often don't know how they do it,"
As a teacher it is power transfer, or transforms power,
like a lamp (electric) the light coming from it is covering, but it needs 2 switches to work....
( its/on and off ) and it's source.........
most believe the god or goddess is this, but in witch they are once again saddly wrong, "do you goto your teacher and say, i can't do the work, cause i don't understand the subject, if your family is masters of or your earlier education is of that subject" if you do, i feel you need to re-think your subject.....lol
"if you want to be fluffy, go ahead be fluffy" but relize that those of the 2 items one need to have that light on, well they didn't take the easy way, and will know those who truely are,
why??? cause they have the gift and work it....
The guardian Parents, will want those who know their secrets to share their company.....
"if you don't understand this, then perhaps skimming your lessons isn't a good idea"

The Law

We are of the Old Ways, among those who walk with the Goddess and God and receive Their love.

Keep the Sabbats and Esbats to the best of your abilities, for to do otherwise is to lessen your connection with the Goddess and God.

Harm none. This, the oldest law, is not open to interpretation or change.

Shed not blood in ritual; the Goddess and God need not blood to be duly worshipped.

Those of our ways are kind to all creatures, for hurtful thoughts are quiet draining and aren't worth the loss of energy.

Misery is self-created; so, too, is joy, so create joy and disdain misery and unhappiness. And this is within your power. So harm not.

Teach only what you know, to the best of your ability, to those students who you choose, but teach not to those who would use your instructions for destruction or control. Also, teach not to boost pride, forever remember: She who teaches out of love shall be enfolded in the arms of the Goddess and God.
Ever remember that if you would be of our way, keep the law close to your heart, for it is the nature of the Wicca to keep the Law.

If ever the need arises, any law may be changed or discarded, and new laws written to replace them, so long as the new laws don't break the oldest law of all: Harm None.

Born April 11, 1930, Anton LaVey discovered many of his Satanic Witch formulas as a lucky consequence of being an observant and impressionable young man during the height of American prurience -- World War Two. While most men were overseas fighting the last patriotic war, competition was fierce for any able bodied man back on the home front . Girls became giddy for male attention, tempting and teasing outrageously, far from the watchful eye of husbands and boyfriends. Their antics were not lost on LaVey.
When he ran away from home at 16 to join the Clyde Beatty Circus, LaVey worked his way quickly through the ranks from roustabout and cage boy to organist and lion trainer. The future Black Pope had begun to learn the prurient secrets that evoked more erections for brazen farm girls on the midway than the desultory stripers in the hootchy kootchy shows. His liaisons with world renowned temptresses Marilyn Monroe and much later Jayne Mansfield who both understood the powerful aphrodisiac of remaining approachable and vulnerable added new tricks to his erotic repertoire.
The closest LaVey ever came to a straight job was after taking courses in Criminology at San francisco City College, Landing a job as a police photographer for the San Francisco Police Department. But even during that period in his life, settling down with his first wife to raise their eldest daughter, Karrla, Anton exercised his seminars pursuits y taking professional girlie photos, snapping Weegee like human interest shots on the way to his assigned auto crashes or suicides, and painting some disturbing art work in a style somewhere between Ivan Albright and Charles Addams. LaVey's magnetic attraction to the eerie and supernatural haunted him during his police work. He spent an increasing amount of time answering 800 calls repeat complaints of ghosts mysterious moans UFO sightings, possessions-reports no one else wanted to handle because they were "spooky" or "weird." As one of the first psychic investigators in the country, LaVey soon found he had an enthusiastic clientele (and the delight of the press) as a ghost hunter and hypnotist. It also seemed he was gathering quite a group of unusual characters around him with similarly sinister and unusual interests which he eventually dubbed the Magic Circle.
In the late 1950's,settled into his notorious "Black House"near the Sea cliff area of San Francisco,LaVey decided to supplement his popular Friday night lectures on the bizarre and occult with "Witches'Workshops." It was time to communicate his his formulas to women willing to use them for their own self-glorification and power,The Satanic Witch is a workbook that contains all the nasty little feminine tricks that LaVey began teaching his carefully-selected witches tricks long before he founded the Church of Satan in 1966.
Today,LaVey continues to advocate true liberation for women brave enough to risk jealous ridicule from their "sisters" The Satanic Witch is a good introductory text for LaVey's Satanic philosophy--a system of thought based on rational self-interest, sensual indulgence, and the constructive uses of alienation. Though more reclusive and misanthropic than during the early years of the Church of Satan,LaVey's organization has become the international rallying point for a new generation of iconoclasts.
It is LaVey's blending of misanthropically manipulative views with his delight in pursuits like music, magic and sexual stimulation the tar combined in The Satanic Witch. Satan--as a literary metaphor for the ultimate prider rebel, the alienated anti-hero who revels in his beastly/fleshly instincts yet remains always the gentleman--seems an inviting real model in our apocalyptic age.As a reflection of the three-dimensional villain,Anton LaVey is a complies, and in many ways frighteningly deceptive man. Supremely ego-driven,he initiates first meeting LaVey, many are disarmed by his wit, talent and an almost self-deprecating manner. Those who have the opportunity to be around him for any length of time eventually see a seething, brutal side to LaVey.He speaks with such fervor one doesn't need to question his sincerity.
One of LaVey's agendas for the Church of Satan, along with taxation of all churches and advocacy of artificial human companions is to smash the current androgyny--return to a world where men look like men an women look like women. The Satanic Witch vividly explains how to go about it. As even a cur soy reading will show, LaVey respects self-aware women as his most powerful allies in his struggle for an elitist, mere disciplined, more Satanic world.
According to LaVey, Fantasy along with androids is becoming increasingly important in our changing sexual scene. Because of the looming spectre of AIDS, people are becoming more circumspect about their sexual liaisons returning to the only safe outlets prurience and voyeurism. Women are relearning the arts of flirtation and subtle exhibitionism. We must revive glamour and little boy nastiness whether feminists yell about women exploiting their bodies or not. Women can exploit their differences to gain more power. But they must be highly evolved women. Most women will continue being sheep and buy what they're programmed, emotionally and economically. Advanced, Satanically oriented women can choose their own lifestyle rather than have it thrust upon them. They can enthusiastically participate in all kinds of exercises, rituals if you will, to break down the brian washing feminism has done on contemporary young women. Sadomasochistic revelries shape changing deviltry discipline games women are looking for more of that sort of thing in their private lives because its the ideal therapy. But again they must be extremely self aware to be willing to initiate such satanic debaucheries. If you're just one step up from the gutter you're too afraid of going backward to participate in vile, degrading activities. but advanced women will insist on more fantasy, formality, metaphor, imagination and magic in their relationships.

druids are lovers of the nature of time, keepers of the energy that binds time together as the seed grows into tree,so does time gather in age....
druids seek to perserve the nature of life in rock stone or tree
they know the energy of these and for ritual by them, they worship no god or nature, but respect the truth of these in lifes timely circle....
cool huh,  druids as women would have sex with the male of their village and take the hand of both male and female and anoit a tree,
it was to be reminded of their balance in nature as equals, and in this balance however, only title was given to men, not privliage or duty, for the secrets of the druids were totally women, again
the rituals concisted of the herbs of 4 types, these herbs were used in many things, later a chapter of dark magic was made to protect those secrets
druids were then turned on as witches or such, and had to hide in outher teriorities to escape be judged, they never went underground, or any such thing like that  and they weren't the orginal keepers of stonehenge, it was in the travels they came to this structure and later added their wisdom to the night rituals

The Laws of Magic:
Superity: When one established field of magic is expressly more powerful then any other field, this is due to will.
Superfity: When all things go right and they establish a known connection to that which is the lower field, of transmogrification.
Inaction (my favorite): When PK is bombarded by ESP and the field is nullified, called a "psychic wall."
Dual Universe: When one opens the gateway to a transmission of energy, there is a secondary plane that exists. This is also true for the dream state.
Magnation: When magnetic energy is compounded by Earth energy, "Geoactive Energy," such as the case of the Standing Stones.
Dreams: No one person can interrupt, interact or excel in another's dream unless given frequency. This must be done through the interaction of the person, through sight or touch.
Conclusion of Entity: When one's body has bombarded both ionic and PK energy, they create an entity. The conclusion of this entity is that it grows and learns, and then seeks to destroy.
Stagnation: When one refuses to act in the best interest of nature, nature creates the energy that will manipulate the will. It has that right.
Testerial Endeavor: During astral body, not to be accepted as Outer Body Experience (OBE), it is in this field that one can go and witness the stars, OBE cannot do this.
Maxis: The hierarchy of the galaxy-to be explained fully later.
Mitus: The middle area of the micro cossum-to be explained fully later.
Macro Dynamic: Working magic within the Macro world/universe.
Micro Dynamic: Working magic within the Micro world/universe.
3 Triangles: 1st one (Apex), 2nd one (Retro), 3rd one (Evos)
Math: This is the recorded that bases numerology with the principles of the mind and ego. This is to help one understand the basic principles of mathematical design in life.
Supposition of the Elements: When one has gained power over the Micro and Macro universes. This is due to the expanding of personal power and cognitive will to become master of the physicality of nature. WARNING: Demons tend to do it better then we do.

The term "demons" was not always understood to have the absolutely negative connotation that it does today.  Homer used the terms "demons" and "gods" more or less interchangeably.  Another opinion was that demons were intermediaries between men and gods, and that demons had once been men.  Plutarch speaks of "human souls as commencing, first heroes, then demons, and afterward as advancing to a more sublime degree."   Philo of Byblus seems to draw on this same tradition when he states that, "The most ancient of the barbarians, especially the Phoenicians and Egyptians, from whom other people derived this custom, accounted those the greatest gods who had found out things most necessary and useful in life -- and had been benefactors to mankind."
Our current use of the term "demon" is to denote a malignant spirit, and comes to us primarily form New Testament writers.  However, there is still uncertainty as to whether or not demons are considered to be distinct and separate from the Devil and his fallen angels.

Demoniacal Possession
Demon possession - that is, a human who has become inhabited or "taken over" by a demon and who cannot, consequently, exercise his own will -  is  noted in the New Testament, specifically in Mark, Chapter 5, ver. 12.  Josephus also mentions a method of exorcism prescribed by Solomon, which had "prevailed or succeeded greatly among them down to the present time."  Unfortunately, Josephus does not describe the method used.
There is little doubt that most of what was described in older times as "demon possession" would today be diagnosed as some sort of mental illness, and treated accordingly.  Nevertheless, a few cases of possession do seem to crop up from time to time, and the Roman Catholic Church does continue (sparingly) to perform exorcisms.

Periods of Increased Demon Activity
Some historians of times past believed that there were cycles during which demonic activity increased, and used this theory to explain various occurrences, much in the same way as today's economic historians might explain historical events in terms of trade, productivity and other factors.  These older historians saw a rise in demonic activity accompanying such occurrences as the destruction of Jerusalem, the fall of Rome and the French Revolution, and would in all likelihood also have viewed the demonic theory at work in relation to the rise of Nazism and World War II.

Demoniacal Prophesy
Ancients also had a sort of faith in the prophetic words spoken by those whom they believed to be possessed by demons, and this was sometimes a component of ancient oracles.  In connection with this, it is worth pointing out that a respected modern-day professor of psychology once witnessed a friend, who was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia make a specific and surprising prophecy that turned out to be perfectly accurate.  The professor had no explanation for this event. although one is tempted to hypothesize that there is a link between altered mental states and psychic ability.  Some also associate the ouija board with demoniacal prophesy, and those who have seen Linda Blair in The Exorcist will recall that this was how her character's problems began.

Species of Demons, as Described by Alphonse de Spina (1467)
 Fates, who alter destiny
 Poltergeists, who cause mischief
Incubi and Succubi, who stimulate lust and perversion
Marching Hordes, who bring about war
 Familiars, who assist witches

Beelzeboul
And I summoned again to stand before me Beelzeboul, the prince of demons, and I sat him down on a raised seat of honour, and said to him: "Why art thou alone, prince of the demons?"  And he said to me: "Because I alone am left of the angels of heaven that came down.  For I was first angel in the first heaven, being entitled Beelzeboul.  And now I control all who are bound in Tartarus . . . "
I Solomon said unto him: "Beelzeboul, what is thy employment?"  And he answered me: "I destroy kings.  I ally myself with foreign tyrants.  And my own demons I set on to men, in order that the latter may believe in them and be lost.  And the chosen servants of God, priests and faithful men, I excite unto desires for wicked sins, and evil heresies, and lawless deeds; and they obey me, and I bear them on to destruction.  And I inspire men with envy, and murder, and for wars and sodomy, and other evil things.  And I will destroy the world . . . "
I said to him: "Tell me by what angel thou art frustrated."  And he answered: "By the holy and precious name of the Almighty God, called by the Hebrews by a row of numbers, of which the sum is 644, and among the Greeks it is Emmanuel.   And if one of the Romans adjure me by the name of the power Eleêth, I disappear at once."
-- Testament of Solomon, first century AD, translated by F. C. Coynbeare

Catholic Church Statement on Fallen Angels (Demons)
"These beings, because of pride, did not return God's love. God did not destroy them, but permits them a limited scope of activity. Their condition is permanent for no creature can turn away from the perfect good of the beatific vision once he has come to enjoy it, and no additional reflection could change the mind of a purely spiritual being who has turned away."

Paganism is truth, is a tree and the designs of pagan natures are
the branches, neo-paganism is a new concept started about the 60's 0r 70's, with newage and esoteric idealist, making books and doing culture reflections from a nature based eco imagery,
paganism as a whole isn't older then christian idealism, it is about neck and neck in age, the useage of the wording heritic is based in that understanding, because the church is an institution and a powerful image of moral control it has re-written history in some ways, but be that as it may it is still only one of a few hundred religions, paganism isn't a religion, it is a culture design enitiy that houses religious designs such as, celtic, norse, ecletic shamanism, but has tryed to claim through artifacts that it is a self design,
Pagan to me is no more then a new verison of the bible written as eve, lilith, adam, and they lived happy ever after, but the idealism of
totem, trances, chant, fires, animal skins(now artifical) the wording of
(primal) and druming and woody rene, paganism is more a party then a cultural religious enitiy, and this is fine if one wishes to go that direction, but faith, belief, life value and the message of why is still only left to oracle and divining and perhaps luck, even with technology, we still have empty hearts wanting to know and share stories, mythos and dream, and that is why paganism is valued
it not for the parties.....lol

Historic Roots of Wicca and Goddess Religions
In Egypt, the Hebrews had known the worship of the Goddess as Isis or Hathor. For four generations they had been living in
a land where women held a very high status and the matrilineal descent system continued to function at most periods.
Judging from the number of Hebrews who emerged from Egypt in the Exodus, as compared with the family of the twelve sons who
supposedly entered it four generations earlier, it seems likely that a great number of those Hebrews known as Israelites
may actually have been Egyptians, Canaanites, Semitic nomads and other Goddess-worshipping peoples who had joined together
in Egypt. Archaeological records and artifacts reveal that the religion of the Goddess still flourished in many of the cities
of Canaan long after the ! Hebrews invaded.
What are some of the modern day applications of this long history of Goddess worship? For an answer to this, let's look at
an encapsulation of the "herstory" of the legend of the Universal Goddess as taught to the new entrants to the Faerie Tradition
in 20th Century America.
According to the legends of the Faerie, Witchcraft and magick began more than 35 thousand years ago, when the last ice age
in Europe began and small bands of nomadic hunters followed the free-running reindeer and bison herds. They were armed with
but primitive weapons ( Stone Age, remember?), and had to lure or chase the animals over a cliff or into a pit to kill and
eat them. As Starhawk says,"...some among the clans were gifted, could "call" the herds to a cliff side or a pit, where a
few beasts, in willing sacrifice, would let themselves be trapped."
As the last ice age retreated the tribes of nomadic hunters worshipped the Goddess of th! e Wild Things and Fertility and the
God of the Hunt. Semi-permanent homes were set up in caves carved out by the glaciers. Shamans and Shamanka conducted rites
within hard to reach portions of the caves, which were painted with scenes of the hunt, magical symbols and the tribes totem
animals.
The transition from Hunter-Gatherers to agriculturists was reflected in the change of the "Lady of the Wild Things and Fertility"
to the "Barley Mother" and the "God of the Hunt" to the "Lord of the Grain". The importance of the phases of the moon and
the sun was reflected in the rituals that evolved around sowing, reaping, and letting out to pasture. Villages grew into
towns and cities and society changed from tribal to communal to urban. Paintings on the plastered walls of shrines depicted
the Goddess giving birth to the Divine Child - Her son, consort and seed.  The Divine Child was expected to take a special
interest in the city dwe! llers, just as His Mother and Father had taken an interest in the people who lived away from the
cities. Mathematics, astronomy, poetry, music, medicine, and the understanding of the workings of the human mind, developed
side by side with the lore of the deeper mysteries.
Far to the east, nomadic tribes devoted themselves to the arts of war and conquest. Wave after wave of invasion swept over
Europe from the Bronze Age onward. Warrior gods drove the Goddess' people out from the fertile lowlands and the fine temples,
into the hills and high mountains, where they became known as the Sidhe, the Picts or Pixies, and the Fair Folk or the Fairies.
The mythological cycle of Goddess and Consort, Mother and Child, which had held sway for 30,000 years was changed to conform
to the values of the conquering patriarchies.
In Canaan, Yahweh fought a bloody battle to ensure that his followers had "no other gods before me." The Goddess was given
a! masculine name and assigned the role of a false god. Along with the suppression of the Goddess, women lost most of the
rights they had previously enjoyed.    In Greece, the Goddess in Her many aspects, was "married" to the new gods resulting
in the Olympic Pantheon. The Titans, who the Olympians displaced were more in touch with the primal aspects of the Goddess.
The victorious Celts in Gaul and the British Isles, adopted many features of the Old Religion and incorporated them into the
Druidic Mysteries. The Faerie, breeding cattle in the stony hills and living in turf-covered round huts preserved the Craft.
They celebrated the eight feasts of the Wheel of the Year with wild processions on horseback, singing and chanting along
the way and lighting ritual bonfires on the  mountain tops. It was said that the invaders often joined in the revels and
many rural families, along with some royalty, could claim to have Faerie blood! . The College of the Druids and the Poetic
Colleges of Ireland and Wales were said to have preserved many of the old mysteries. ***
In the late 1400's the Catholic Church attempted to obliterate its competitors, and the followers of the Old Religion were
forced to "go underground." They broke up into small groups called Covens and, isolated from each other, formed what would
later be known as the Family Traditions. Inevitably, parts of the Craft were forgotten or lost and what survives today is
fragmentary.
After nearly five centuries of persecution and terror, came the Age of Disbelief. Memory of the True Craft had faded as non-members
who could remember how they once had met openly died and those who came after never knew of them. All that was left were
the hideous stereotypes which were ludicrous, laughable or just plain tragic. With the repeal of the last Witchcraft Act
in England in 1954, the Craft started to re-emerge as an a! lternative to a world that viewed the planet as a resource to be
exploited.
Janet and Stewart Farrar, in the introduction to The Witches Goddess say of the modern re-emergence of the Goddess " ..may
well prove to be one of the most significant spiritual, psychic and psychological developments of our lifetime". They have
since done a wonderful job of presenting an overview of the ascendancy and history of the expression of the masculine principle
of deity as e pressed by Male God-forms and Gods with their book The Witches' God. What do the Farrars consider this "masculine
principle" to be? "...it represents the linear-logical, analyzing, fertilizing aspect, with its emphasis on Ego-consciousness
and individuality, while the feminine principle represents the cyclical-intuitive, synthesizing, formative, nourishing aspect,
with its emphasis on the riches of the unconscious, both Personal and Collective, and on relatedness."
As mankind ! started to develop his cultures in directions that were more male dependent in the nature of the cultures, the
emphasis in religion shifted to become more male god than female goddess oriented. As this happened, the Goddess(es) lost
ground to the God(s). At first, the female aspect merely became secondary to the male, but eventually the male took over
and dominated to the total exclusion of the female, particularly in western society as we know it today. "The first major
god-form to claim a monopoly of divinity was the Hebrew Yahweh, from which in due course sprang the Christian and Moslem
forms." "Dr. Raphael Patai, in his books Man and Temple and The Hebrew Goddess shows that the Goddess Asherah was worshipped
alongside Yahweh as his wife and sister in the Temple at Jerusalem for 240 of the 360 years the temple complex existed, and
her image was publicly displayed there." There is also evidence that the Jewish community at elephantine in Egypt a! cknowledged
two goddess-wives of Yahweh, and also there still remains in Ezekiel (xxiii)a metaphorical reference to a pair of wives,
where Yahweh condemns the "whoredom" of two sisters who "became mine and bore me sons and daughters".

Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family.
The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion's guest room.
Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.
As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired  it.
When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied,
"Things aren't always what they seem."
The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife.
After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night's rest.

When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him, she accused.
The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.  "Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied.
"When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the  wall.
Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it."
"Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead.
Things aren't always what they seem." Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every out come is always to your advantage. You just might not know it until some time later...

Druidism has been of late years so persistently appropriated by the Welsh, that English, Scotch, and Irish have seemed to have no part in the property. Even Stonehenge has been claimed by the Welsh, on the very doubtful story of the Britons, Caesar’s Teutonic Belgae, being driven by Romans to Wales. The true Welsh — the Silures, or Iberians — were in the land before the Romans appeared. Gaels from Ireland, Cymry from Scotland and England, Belgae from Germany, Bretoxjs, Britons, Saxons, Normans, English, Irish, and Flemings go to make up the rest. We know nothing of Welsh prehistoric races.
Even allowing cromlechs, circles, and pillar-stones to be called Druidical, there are fewer of these stone remains in Wales than in Scotland, Ireland, England, or France. As to other antiquities, Ireland is richer than Wales in all but Roman ruins.
It is hard upon Ireland that her Druids should have been so long neglected, and the honours of mystic wisdom become the sole possession of Wales. It is true, however, that the Irish have been less eager about their ancestral glory in that aspect, and have not put forward, as the Welsh have done, a Neo-Druidism to revive the reputation of the ancient Order. But Ireland had its Druids, and traditionary lore testifies that country in the acknowledgュment of those magi or philosophers.
The Welsh have a great advantage over the Irish in the reputed possession of a literature termed Druidical. They assume to know who the Druids were, and what they taught, by certain writings conveying the secret informュation. The Irish do not even pretend to any such knowュledge of their Druids. The Welsh, therefore, look down with pity upon their insular neighbours, and plume themュselves on being the sole successors of a people who were under true Druidical teaching, and whose transmitted records reveal those mysteries.
The revival of the ancient faith, in the organization called Druids of Pontypridd, — having members in other parts of Wales, but claiming a far larger number of adherents in America, — has given more prominence to Druidical lore. The fact of the late simple-minded but learned Archdruid, Myfyr Morganwg, a poet and a scholar, after thirty years’ preaching of Christianity, publicly proclaiming the creed of his heathen forefathers, has naturally startled many thoughtful minds. The writer can affirm, from personal knowledge of Myfyr, that he was no pretender, but an absolute believer in the tenets he taught; it is not therefore surprising that students of anthropology should inquire into this revival.
Such teaching is quite different from the Neo-Druidism which arose a few years ago, and whose imaginative interpretation of writings in Welsh, under the names of Taliesin, &c., were endorsed by several distinguished minisュters of the Christian religion. Neo-Druidism was brought forward at Eisteddfods, and works were written to show that Welsh Druidism was simply the truth as recorded in the biblical account of the Hebrew Patriarchs.
The Pontypridd Archdruid held quite another doctrine. He embraced within his fold not only Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but the promulgators of Hindooism, Buddhism, and all the ancient systems of so-called idolatry. He recognized his principles in them all, as they simply represented the forces of Nature, under the guise of personalities.
The mantle of the octogenarian leader has fallen upon Mr. Owen Morgan, better known as Morien, long an able and voluminous writer for the Press. His version of Welsh Druidism can be studied in the recently published Light of Britannia. He assumes for his Druids the priority of learning. From the mountains of Britain proceeded the light which produced the wisdom of Egypt, Babylon, Persia, India, Phoenicia, Judea, and Greece.
They who deem this too large a draft upon faith for acceptance, will assuredly discover in that unique work a mass of curious facts bearing upon ancient science, and be constrained to admit that the Light of Britannia is not the product of unreasoning Welsh enthusiasm, but is among the most candidly expressed books ever printed.
It was Dr. Lanigan who asserted, “The Christian missionaries early opened schools in opposition to Druids.” It was the opinion of Arthur Clive that much Druidism “blended with the Christian learning of the seventh and subsequent centuries.” The same might be affirmed of Welsh Druidism. Alluding to an astronomical MS. of the fourteenth century, Clive says, “I believe that it, or rather the knowledge which it contains, is a Druidic survival, a spark transmitted through the dark ages.” Gomme tells us, “that Druidism continued to exist long after it was officially dead can be proved.”
Dr. Moran, Bishop of Ossory, in his Irish Saints, associates the Welsh Saint David with an Irish Druid. St. David was the son of an Irish Christian lady. He came to Menevia, on the Welsh promontory, made a fire on the shore, and its smoke filled the land. The Bishop then goes on to say :—  “The owner of the district was an Irishman, named Baya, a pagan and a Druid. He was one of those successful rovers who years before had carved out territories for themselves on the Welsh coast, and continued to hold them by the sword. He was filled with horror when he saw the smoke that arose from St. David’s fire, and cried out to those that were with him, ‘The enemy that has lit that fire shall possess this territory as far as the smoke has spread.’ They resolved to slay the intruders, but .their attempt was frustrated by a miracle. Seeing this, Baya made a grant of the desired site, and of the surrounding Country, to St. David, whose monastery quickly arose.”
Welsh patriotic zeal would receive a shock from Professor O’Curry’s statement. “It appears then that it was from Erinn that the Isle of Mona (Anglesey) received its earliest Colony; and that that colony was of a Druidical people.” This view has been supported by other testimony. The Welsh Cerrig Edris (Cader Idris) has been identified with the Irish Carrick. Carrick Brauda of Dundalk, like Carig Bradyn of Mona, was renowned for astronomical observations.
Owen Morgan, in the Light of Britannia, has brought forward authorities to support his theory that the Welsh, at any rate, could claim for ancestors the Druids of classical writers. But Leflocq declares the language of the so-caIled Welsh Druids of the early Christian centuries is modern; and that even Sharon Turner — ”for the mythological poems dare not assign them to the sixth century, nor attribute them to Taliesin.” He considers the mystery of the Bards of Britain consists of a number of Christian sentences, interpreted according to the arbitrary system of modern mysticism ; and concludes, “Such are the narrow bases of the vast pre-conceived system of our days as to the true religion of the Gauls.”
But Rhys in Celtic Britain asserts that “the Goidelic Celts appear to have accepted Druidism, but there is no evidence that it ever was the religion of any Brythonic people.” Again, “The north-west of Wales, and a great portion of the south of it, had always been in the possession of a Goidelic people, whose nearest kinsmen were the Goidels of Ireland.” — ” The Brythonic Celts, who were polytheists of the Aryan type; the non-Celtic natives were undei the sway of Druidism; and the Goidelic Celts, devotees of a religion which combined polytheism with Druidism.” He says the word Cymry “merely meant fellow-countrymen”; though, as he adds, “The Cymry people developed a literature of their own, differing from that of the other Brythonic communities.” He makes Carlisle the centre of their influence before coming down into Wales.
The assumptions of Welsh advocates may not be very satisfactory to scholars, and all we know of Irish Druids furnishes little evidence for romantic conclusions; but why should tradition hold so tenaciously to the theory ? Making all allowance for extravagance of views, and their variety, it is not easy to explain these early and particular accounts.
Although Welsh Druidism is represented by Welsh writers as being so different from the Gaulish, as pictured by French authors, or the Irish of Irish scholars, a few words may be allowed from the publication of the enthuュsiastic Morien of Wales.
“It is evident,” says he, “that the Druid believed in the eternity of matter in an atomic condition, and also in the eternity of water ; and that the passive, that is, the feminine principle of the Divine nature, pervaded both from eternity.” — “He imagined a period before creation began, when darkness and silence pervaded illimitable space.”— ” The Sun is the son of the Creator, who is referred to by the Druids as the higher sun of the circle of Infinitudes above the Zodiacal Sun.” — ” Wherever the solar rites relating to the ancient worship had been performed, those places were still regarded by the masses as sacred.”
The Annwn of Morien is Hades or Erebus, and that “of northern ideas is cold.” Of the Archdruid he says, “The Divine Word incarnate, such was our Druidic High Priest;“ especially when standing on the Logan stone. The Holy Greal was the cauldron of Ceridwen, or Venus. The Druids’ ecclesiastical year commenced at midnight, March 20—21.
God was regarded through the symbol of three letters / ¦\ or rods, representing the light, or descent of rays, the true Logos, Hu, the divine Sun, was the Menw incarnate. The grave is the matrix of Ced, who bears the same relation to Venus as the Creator does to Apollo the Sun. The twelve battles of Arthur, or the Sun, relate to the signs of the Zodiac, Morien observes two sects in Druidism — the party of the Linga, and that of the Logos. His Druidism is simply solar worship, — or, in another sense, pure Phallicism. According to him, “The Christian religion is scientifically arranged on the most ancient framework of British Druidism.”
A perusal of Morien’s Light of Britannia will give the reader an explicit account of the mystery of Welsh Druidism, but fail to prove its identity with Irish Druidism; although the connection of Ireland with Wales was most intimate before the Danish invasion, traditional Irish saints having converted to Christianity their wilder neighbours of North and South Wales, as they did of those in Cornwall and other places.
The Druid, according to Morien, and his distinguished master, the Archdruid Myfyr Morganwg, was a more picturesque individual than the person figured by Irish writers, and he is strictly associated with so-called Druidical circles, cromlechs, &c. Stonehenge and Abury, [Avebury – ed. ] not less than Mona and Pontypridd, are claimed as the scenes of their performances. All that tradition has represented them, or poets have imagined them, the Druids were in the estimation of modern Welsh authorities.
“Theirs were the hands free from violence,
Theirs were the mouths free from calumny,
Theirs the learning without pride,
And theirs the love without venery.”
They were more than what Madame Blavatsky said — ”only the heirs of the Cyclopean lore left to them by generations of mighty hunters and magicians.” They were, as Diodorus declared, “Philosophers and divines whom they (Gauls) call Saronidae, and are held in great veneration.” Myfyr left it on record, “That the Druids of Britain were Brahmins is beyond the least shadow of a doubt.”
Much has been written about Druids’ dress, their ornaments, and the mysteries of their craft , —as the glass boat, the cup, the cross, &c. Archdruid Myfyr, at Pontypridd (not Dr. Price), explained to the present writer, his processional cross, with movable arms; his wonderful egg, bequeathed from past ages; his Penthynen, writing rods, or staff book; his rosary, — used by ancient priests, not less than by modern Mahometans and Christians; his glass beads; his torque for the neck; his breastplate of judgment; his crescent adornments; his staff of office, &c.
The staff or Lituus was of magical import. Wands of tamarisk were in the hands of Magian priests. The top of such augur rods were slightly hooked. One, found in Etruria, had budded in the hand. The barsom, or bundle of twigs, is held by Parsee priests. Strabo noted twigs in hand at prayer. The Thyrsus had several knots. Promeュtheus hid the fire from heaven in his rod.
Glass was known in Egypt some three or four thousand years before Christ. Amber beads — Hesiod’s tears of the sisters of Phoebus — were in use by Phoenicians, brought probably from the Baltic. Torques have been found in many lands. As Bacon remarked, “Religion delights in such shadows and disguises.”
Nash, in his remarks upon the writings of Taliesin, writes :— “The only place in Britain in which there is any distinct evidence, from the Roman authorities, of the existence of Druids, should be the Isle of Anglesey, the seat of the Irish population before the migration (from Scotland) of the Cambrian tribes, the ancestors of the modern Welsh.” He thus fixes the Irish Druids in Wales. While history and philology are tracing the great migration of Cambrians into North Wales from Scotland, where their language prevailed before the Gaelic, why is North Britain so little affected with the mysticism associated with Welsh Druidism ? A natural reply would be, that this peculiar manifestation came into Wales subsequent to the Cambrian migration from the Western Highlands through Cumberland to the southern side of the Mersey, and did not originate with the Cambrian Druids. It must not be forgotten that two distinct races inhabit Wales; the one, Celtic, of the north; the other, Iberian, dark and broad-shouldered, of the south. Some Iberians, as of Spain and North Africa, retain the more ancient language; others adopted another tongue. Many of the so-called Arabs, in the Soudan, are of Iberian parentage.
No one can read Morien窶冱 most interesting and suggestive Light of Britannia, without being struck with the remarkュable parallel drawn between the most ancient creeds of Asia and the assumed Druidism of Wales. The supposition of that industrious author is, that the British Druids were the originators of the theologies or mythologies of the Old World.
Ireland, in his calculation, is quite left out in the cold. Yet it is in Ireland, not in Wales, that Oriental religions had their strongest influence. That country, and not Wales, would appear to have been visited by Mediterranean traders, though tradition, not well substantiated, makes Cornwall one of their calling-places.

Directing magic is a learned thing to begin. It is difficult because it requires education, which will include the using of rocks, or a wand, or basic dagger charging to gather what you wish, you have to gain an advancing level of mental conditioning and the ability to free float for extended periods of time. The more complex the task the more components it will have, and thus the requirement to build one's focus further as skills create a shelling effect the field increases. As a matter of definition, Directing Magic is the application of a prepared field of  focal energy to perform a task. (It should be noted from the outset, however, that energies of any sort are not intelligent and will perform in a dumbfire manner) that is a false statement as one created energy in an emotional state it can gain an influence, In relying on the magician to coordinate them, critiques against this systems use is left only to the adept. The entire point of Directing Magic is to empower the "enlightenment" and "purification" to the nature of binding. Many types of magic let the magician develop themselves as they see fit. It keeps in view the fact that magic is adaptable to the metaphysical however the sole key to power is the same rule that most don't dare break. Using the "There's nothing to it. It's too simple!" approach teaches a real user of magic nothing, the entire point is in casting and skip the aspects of the spell which are a matter of preference to the magician which are often few. It is not a turnaway magic; on the contrary, it is the empowered use of only that which really matters: the energy itself,  I suppose the first major question to getting started is to make some decisions about religion (no) energy needs not religious faith only life ie expression. What is your religion? (truthfully it doesn't matter) everything living or dead is compatible with magic.  There is much debate on this topic, but here it is,  Most religions now try to ban magic as evil and have severe penalties, either now, in the eternal, or both for practitioners of any form of magic. More than likely, most current religion will not wish to mix with magic. Many practitioners have to bend or break from their current belief system and form/join a comfortable hybrid religion. Changing your belief system it rarely works, due to moral and emotional conflicts (but you still don't have to) but it is still an option. Only that religion usually labels all magic or most types of magic users as evil and either discourages it entirely or severely limits your options with it. The second major question confronting magicians," Am i one with this nature?". This question spawns many different answers. Here are most of the major classes of magician (as far as one can tell, all possible spells can be accounted for within these "fake" castes): White Magi - Creator of self and shells of protection. Black Mage - Advanced knowing of the way of life and death and keeper of the secrets of self. Psi Mage - Director of the energys of empathic and sudo psychic fields. Druid - Keepers of nature, the dragon and roles of sages as in time, (past) female, Enchanter(beginner witch) - The key person or secret energy of calling and the sending. Elementalist - One who serves the 4 elemental natures and presences. Diviner - a person or linking spiritual journey and teacher of the missing. Conjurer - One who has mastered cryptic energy keys and sygils of summoning  Healer - Someone gifted in the light of the world as in touch or being touched. Necromancer - One who learns the rituals of the ways death comes . Sorcerer - Devoted wizard to be but chose the way of achemist. Wizard - One who is the doorway to all things of being. Celestial Magi - Astrologist and sage, in the way of the stars. Satanist - Someone who has chosen to find their inner being by touching on the material of spirit.

Popular Mystic and Religious Terms Explained

Be sure to never forsake the use of a standard non-mystic dictionary while studying the occult.

Akashic Records: Thought to be the spritually enlightened level at which all knowledge may be known and all answers may be found to any question.
Amulet: A necklace pendant that repels certain effects by hosting an opposing energy or being imbued with an opposite spirit type for an effect. An amulet of safety would be designed to repel danger, an amulet of life/strength would repel death/frailty, etc. Compare with Talisman
AP: Abbrevation of "Astral Projection" (which see) Astral Projection: The ability to move one's consciousness outside of their body, functioning outside of the confines of this world. Often induced through meditations or other body-numbing techniques, the quieting of the body's wants is said to allow the mind to escape and roam freely. This is used for remote viewing and as an alternative place to test spells.
Baphomet: Taken as an icon by most forms of Satanism, the Baphomet also represents, on top of the implications presented by an inverted pentagram (see Pentagram for these), the head of a goat. The goat is associated with Satan because of associations made in the Bible between sheep as the pure animal and goats as the unclean. The "scape goat" was a ritual performed by the Levite priests in which two goats were chosen. One was given the sin of the nations of Israel and let free into the wilderness, and the other was sacrificed to God. This scape goat was one of the three reasons goats were seen as unclean. The first was their cloven hoof, the second was their affinity to eat even unedible objects, and the last was that some of them carry the sins of the nation -- thus a perfect image for Satan. Pentagram Book of Shadows: A formula or instruction book kept by advanced magicians written by the practitioner. It holds instructions on how to cast certain spells, sometimes in ritual format and other times not, and has been a standard part of the occultist's arsenal for as long as written magic itself. A Book of Shadows often holds sigils, drawings, poems, and personal insights as well as spells, much like a diary, and can be used for meaningful reflection through study. And older Book of Shadows which is proven to be useful and contains complete instructions often gains the title "grimoire".
Chakra: Defined points on the human body, each having different functions, used for casting magic, Reiki, some Astral techniques, and various other quasi-mystic disciplines like Dim Mak. Most Chakra points are aligned with the spinal vertice of the body.
Chaos Theory: The idea that, as far as magicians are concerned, tiny changes that we begin in ourselves can be made manifest by causing billions of trivial external sequences which eventually culminate and show as spectacular, or at least notable, material events. For example, the stamping of one's foot puts tremors in the ground, which slightly shift pebble 1, which slighly shifts pebble 2, which vibrates pebble 3, which then rolls under the wheel of a car, which causes the unstable wheel to wobble slightly, which mades the car unsteady, which nudges the wheel into a nearby pothole, which may run it off the road. As far as the Chaos magician is concerned, they used the directed power of stamping their foot to crash a car. A common example is that a person in American sneezes, thus shifting the wind around them, which makes the current change in that area, which causes a few billion changes of current (each of which becomes successively larger due to "circumstance"), and in the end causes a tsunami in Hawaii. The basic idea is that that minor variations initiated by the magician culminate until they climax in a meaningful way as a single expression of minute changes. It relies heavily on the snowball (coordinated ripple) effect on a metaphysical level.
Correspondence: In occult philosophy, a correspondence is a physical link associated with a mystic concept. Red, as a correspondence, is the associative mental link between Strength and Fire Enchantments. These are most important in Ritual Magick's symbolism and ceremony, though Direct Magic may use them in the art of Enchanting as well. Correspondences can be assigned to numbers, letters, colours, shapes, sounds, and any other basic means of communication or symbolism. Correspondences are not all the same from one person to the next, as culture and society have heavy influences on how a person thinks. (e.g. Yellow = Wealth, Greed, Fortune, Prosperity, Money, and sometimes Intellectual Power in modern American culture, and Yellow = Life, Sun, Renewal, Cleansing, and Rebirth in modern Ojibwe culture.)
Empathy: This is a power similar to Telepathy but, instead of gaining specific pieces of information from a person, only emotions are read. It is a common precursor to development of Telepathic ability. Abbreviated as "EP". Evocation: The external calling of an entity for requests, prayers, supplications, blessings, or suchlike. Compare with Invocation. EP: Abbrevation of Empathy (which see).
Familiar: A spirit which will devoutly stay with the caster, for whatever reason, and advise and aid (or occasionally, if malicious, will misinform and hinder) them in certain ways. Known to either free float with the caster or to take the form of common animals, familiars are typically considered benevolent spirits which help magicians for some reason. There are pacts which can be made to "hire" a familiar, there are familiars that naturally attach themselves to the caster, and there are familiars which remain in one place and will advise the caster if they are approached for help.
Gematria: The use of numbers or letters in specific combination to symbolize mystic principles. (e.g. 777, 666, MAGICK, ABRACADABRA). In the examples provided, 777 is often consider the number of Christ, whereas 666 is associated with Satan. The reason is that 3 is the number of completion and trinity, and 7 is the number of divine perfection. 6 is the number of man and of sin, so the same principles carry over to 666. The term "magick" was not seen until Aleister Crowley, who wanted to build a gematria association with the word and therefore added the K to make it fit his design. Abracadabra, likewise, was arranged in a pyramid style with A as the first line, AB as the second, ABR as third, and so on to create a pendant with mystic power. Gematria is closely associated with the study of Numerology. Grimoire: (usually) An older book of occult literature, typically concerning the art of conjuring or summoning. Grimoires were often though to be given demonic blessings, between the 1300s and 1700s, and written with the help of Satan. Grimoires, in actuality, may be new or old, on the topic of spellcasting, and may or may not have multiple authors and may or may not have been written with aid from supernatural forces. Compare with Book of Shadows. Invocation: The invitation of an entity into oneself, much like "possession", for one or more of many possible purposes. Usually considered a risky procedure, it is the merging of the entity and host mind or the dual occupation of the self and entity in one body. Compare with Evocation.
Karma: The idea that actions in this life will retroactively affect the caster in the next life or will be revisited on the caster in this life in the form of good or bad fortunes, respective to the actions of the magician.
Mage Hunter: Unreliably reported to exist in certain places of different cities and countries, Mage Hunters are precisely what their name implies: people who hunt down and persecute magicians. Though this is generally accepted as a silly fable, some do still insist that mage hunters exist in small groups scattered across the globe. There is no report of any global leadership, but rather cropping up only as a local gang with little or no hierarchy. Their existence is highly questionable.
Magic: The use of unseen energies in a meaningful way to produce a physical effect or gain some other sort of useful advantage. Magus: Meaning "magician", being the singular of the word "Magi". Magi were a priest caste of the Medes and Persians (the same type of occultists that were reported in the Bible to have visited baby Jesus' manger. Modern Christianity often calls them three wise men, or three kings, but they were, in fact, Persian occultists (who may have also, because of their mystic practices, been wise kings)). Originally stems from the Persian word "magu", which was a priestly magician, which then ended up in Greek as "magos", then into Latin as "magus". Most modern occultists release the Persian roots from this word and take it as a title for any type of modern magician at all.
Mana: The phenomenon of stored energy in some place, thing, or person for later use. Refers specifically to a stored locus of energy, and usually in an object. Not to be comfused with "manna", which is the biblical food of angels (Exodus 16:14-36). -mancy: Originally from the Greek word "manteia", meaning "Divination", in modern terms it has come to refer to any defineable thread of magic (and even further back than modern times, in many instances). Examples are Necromancy (Death Magic), Pyromancy (Fire Magic), Achromancy (Colourless Magic), and Geomancy (Using specially placed enchanted items to ward or attract spirits and energies). Though occasionally referring to actual divination, it is generally accepted that only "magic" is to be strictly inferred. This change of meaning can be seen as far back as Old French readings of the word "nigromancie".
Mantra: A phrase or word to be repeated a certain amount of times until a meditative state is achieved. These are most commonly found in folk Ritual Magicks of the Middle East. Characterized by large amounts of repetition (1000, 10,000, and 20,000 times are common values), a mantra is said to work by either drawing the attention of a spirit through the "power word" (which see) being repeated, or through the emanations being vibrated by the word itself. Meditation: The practice of calming the mind and body to be able to more precisely focus on the mystic level and be able to focus less on the mortal level.
Metaphysics: The study of reality beyond the use of conventional science. Usually seen as a branch of philosophy, an occultist's description of the world's energy patterns would constitute a metaphysical explanation.
Nirvana: In Buddhism, a state of perfect happiness by being free of the Self, which is done by giving up desire, passions, and leaving the needs of this world behind. Loosely, also, there is a similar state in Hinduism achievable by merging the self into Brahma.
Node: A mystically created nexus where a specific type of energy flows strongly. This is primarily the art of the Enchanter, but can be done by any caste with any type of energy. It is a "lightning rod" for specific energies, made by making precisely placed enchanted items that will draw in the energy required.
Numerology: The study of numbers as mystical symbolism. 1, in numerological studies, represents not only the physical formation of one, but concepts like unity, singularity, indivisibility, origin, perfection, etc. 2 takes on meanings like duality, conflict, balance, etc. The primary numbers also take compounded meanings when larger denominations are being dealt with, such as 21. 2 is balance, 1 is singularity, and the number 21 can be arrived at using 7 multiplied by three, whereas 7 is the number of divine perfection and 3 is the number of trinity and completion. In this way, numerologists use different denominations to make a variety of symbols using key numbers and significant multiplications and divisions.
Pagan: Though often considered simply to mean any non-Christian, the term Pagan is used by practitioners of the old nature-based mystic practices. Some worship traditional pagan deities, and some do not. It is a very large practice which is difficult to define with specifics due to the plethora of variants that exist, but the crux of it is usually a nature based "Lord and Lady" style worship of the self, to a lesser extent, and glorification of nature and life. These types of practice are the scattered elements that were later put into a new religious collage when Wicca was created in the 1950s.
Pentacle: A pentagram within a circle. Symbolizes safety to the orderly and peaceful caster.
Pentagram: A five-pointed star made of interlaced lines which most children learn to draw in grade school. The top most point stays pointed up, and the other four are below it, thus symbolizing the five elements of Enchanting: Spirit (God) at the top, Water to the immediate upper right, Air to the upper left, Earth to the lower left, and Fire to the lower right. I know the drawn example to the right is lop-sided but I just tossed it together to give a rough visual of what, specifically, a pentagram is. Upside down, it becomes a inverted pentagram, and with a circle around it and inverted, it becomes a Baphomet (which see). As it is, it represents Order, with spirit at the top and the elements below. Inverted, it represents chaos and a disturbance of natural order. The circle, representing containment, gives added meaning to the pentacle and baphomet. As a pentacle (i.e. A pentagram within a circle) the idea is that the magician has power over this life through their magic and this gives them security. As a baphomet, it implies they have the power of destruction and are able to use their power to tear down the existence of structure.
PK: Abbreviation of Psychokinesis (which see).
Plane: A level of consciousness or awareness. One of the most popular planes is the Astral plane. Some other well-documented and relatively frequently travelled ones are the Ethereal, Twilight, Stygian, and Nether planes, though it is estimated that the levels of consciousness are innumerable.
Power Word: A word or combination of words which are reported, in Ritual Magick, to have innate mystic properties. The completed words are often the result of gematrial and numerological combinations created to be surfeit in correspondences and religious meaning.
Psychokinesis: Though nearly synonymous with Telekinesis, Psychokinesis is a broader definition of any physical change brought about strictly by the power of the mind. Perfectly synonymous with Metapsychic. See also Telekinesis Quantum Mechanics/Physics/Theory: The idea that energy is not a sealed and perfect continuum of this level only, but that "discrete particles" radiate this level's energy. It is measured in accordance with Planck's constant, then multiplied by the frequency of a given radiation. Usually dealing specifically with atomic and subatomic particles, many magicians believe that this is the scientific answer to the working of occultic energy manipulations. See also Special Relativity
Ritual Magick: The term itself being coined originally by Aleister Crowley (it should be noted that the practice has existed much longer than its namesake), Ritual Magick is the use of mystic energies while in a formal casting setting. Gems, items, and ritual clothing (or lack thereof, sometimes called "sky clad") are suggested in many ritual spells as physical placeholders/reminders to help the caster concentrate on the spell and, sometimes, to add religious and symbolic implications. In this type of magic, the items tend to represent more than what they are on the surface. Ritual Magick is normally spelled with the K tacked on at the end as an honour to Aleister Crowley, who brought its practice to popularity in his day..
Scrying: The practice of using a glass, cauldron, or pot of water as a physical medium through which one may see select portions of the future under the guidance of a spirit or by creating a synergy with some other source of prognostic power.
Sigil: A drawn seal claiming mystical properties, usually contained in a circle, to represent a demon or angel. Personal seals and sigils are also possible, though they are most commonly found in relation to demons. Many examples of demonic sigils can be found in Goetia.
Special Relativity: The theory that there are different levels at which energy exists and that, similar to the Chaos Theory, minute changes in the potential energy of an atom (speaking not, in this case, of valence electrons, but rather of a discreet potential within the atom itself) can cause small distortions in this world. As far as the magician is concerned, this is an extension of Quantum Theory which explains, in terms of theoretical physics, the interaction of occult influences on the world.
Talisman: A necklace pendant that attracts an effect to it through the absorption of a specified energy type or through the imbuement of the correct type of spirit into the item. A talisman of life/strength would draw in life energy and protective spirits, a talisman of fortune would attract factors which cause good luck, etc. Compare with Amulet.
Telekinesis: Though nearly synonymous with Psychokinesis, Telekinesis refers only to the movement of objects from a distance. Compare with Psychokinesis
Telepathy: The ability to read the thoughts and memories of a subject without aid of any kind. Abbreviated as "TP". Thought Form: An empty mental projection of the imagination used as a template to caste a spell, reminiscient of the Platonic theory of "Forms". TK: Abbreviation of Telekinesis (which see). TP: Abbreviation of Telepathy (which see).
Vibrate: The sending out of a mystic "tone" which attracts the attention of a spirit, or else a tone which has power of its own and will move in the other planes with the effect of a cast spell.
Visualisation: A skill of magic comprised of two components. The first component is the use of pure child-like imagination. Imagining what you are about to do in what is known as a "thought form" is the first part of it, and often this is where it is left, thus failure of the spell. The second component is then reinforcing this hollow shell of thought with a specific energy through the use of Will. Visualisation is a common technique in directing Magic, but is often mistakenly used simply as imagination.
Witchcraft: Much like the term Pagan, the meaning of what witchcraft is has changed. Though previously referring to any practitioner of any sort of magic (the definition for which is now Magus), Witchcraft has become a invited religion unto itself. As a primarily ritualist art, Witchcraft is the use of herbs, gems, stones, and Nature, either as a state of being or as an actual deity, to work the will of a witch in the world. There are also many definitions of what a witch precisely is, much like Paganism, and thus only generalities hold true for "witches" as a group. Word of Power: See Power Word
